MARITIME COLLEGE ACT 1978 No. 54, 1978 - SECT 29

29. (1) This section applies to the members of the staff of the College who
are academic staff of the College within the meaning of Part III of the
Remuneration Tribunals Act 1973.

(2) If there is in operation a determination by the Academic Salaries Tribunal
of the salaries of the members of the staff of the College to which this
section applies, those members of the staff of the College shall be paid
salaries in accordance with that determination.
