MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS ACT 1987 No. 85, 1987 - SECT 2

2. (1) Section 1 and this section shall come into operation on the day on
which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on a day or
days fixed by Proclamation.
