MIGRATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1979 No. 118, 1979 - SECT 4

4. Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after sub-section
(1) the following sub-section:

''(1A) In sub-section (1), a reference to an officer shall be read as
including a reference to a person authorized by the Minister to exercise a
power or to discharge a duty or function under this Act.''.
