MIGRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1987 No. 133, 1987 - SECT 5

5. Section 11A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after subsection
(1) the following subsection:

"(1A) A request under subsection (1) shall be taken not to have been made
unless:

   (a)  the request is in writing in accordance with the relevant form
        approved by the Minister; and

   (b)  any fee payable in respect of the request has been paid.".
