MARRIAGE AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 7, 1985 - SECT 27
Solemnizing marriage where notice or declaration not given or made, &c.
27. Section 99 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(5) "(4) of section 33" and substituting "33 (3)".
