MARRIAGE AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 7, 1985 - SECT 16

16. Section 42 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) "3 months" and substituting "6
        months";

   (b)  by inserting in paragraph (2) (b) "an Australian Diplomatic Officer,
        an
Australian Consular Officer," after " Statutory Declarations Act 1959,"; and

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (5A) " pre-marital" and substituting "
        marriage".
