MIGRATION AMENDMENT ACT 1983 No. 112, 1983 - SECT 26
Arrest of prohibited non-citizen
26. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting ''prohibited
immigrant'' (wherever occurring) and substituting ''prohibited non-citizen''.
