Short title.

         LIVE-STOCK SLAUGHTER LEVY COLLECTION AMENDMENT ACT 1979

                                 No. 74 of 1979

       An Act to amend the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Collection Act 1964.

  BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:
Short title, &c.
  1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Live-stock Slaughter Levy Collection
Amendment Act 1979.*1*
  (2) The Live-stock Slaughter Levy Collection Act 1964*2* is in this Act
referred to as the Principal Act.

Commencement

  2. This Act shall come into operation on 1 July 1979.

Payments into National Cattle Disease Eradication Trust Account

  3. Section 10B of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph
        (a) of sub-section (1) ''and 6C (1) (d)'' and substituting '', 6C (1) (d), 6E
(1) (d) and 6F (1) (d)''.
