LIVE-STOCK SLAUGHTER LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 1985 No. 14, 1985 - SECT 9

9. Section 6E of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by adding at the end of paragraph (1) (b) "and";

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (1) (c);

   (c)  by omitting from sub-section (2) "17.5" and substituting "38"; and

   (d)  by omitting from sub-section (2) ", (b) and (c) shall not exceed
        $1.05" and substituting "and (b) shall not exceed $2.10".
