Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Grants) Amendment Act 1984 No. 54 of 1984 - SECT 8

8. A scheme formulated before the day on which this Act receives the Royal
Assent and in force immediately before that day shall be deemed to contain,
and to have contained on and after 29 March 1984, the provisions referred to
in paragraphs 6 (7) (b) and 7 (7) (b) of the Principal Act as amended by this
Act and not to contain, or to have contained on or after 29 March 1984, the
provisions referred to in paragraphs 6 (7) (b) and 7 (7) (b) of the Principal
Act.
