LIQUEFIED PETROLEUM GAS (GRANTS) ACT 1980 No. 37 of 1980 - SECT 9
Evidence of scheme
9. The scheme in relation to a State shall be deemed to be an order made by
the Minister within the meaning of section 5 of the Evidence Act 1905.
