An Act to grant financial assistance to the States and the Northern Territory
in connection with the prices, when sold for certain non-commercial uses, of
liquefied petroleum gas and gas produced by the use of liquefied petroleum gas
or naphtha

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows: Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (Grants) Act 1980.*1*
