LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 78, 1991 - SECT 12

Principles of allocation by States amongst local governing bodies - section 7 payments

12. Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "or 8" (wherever occurring);
(b) by omitting from paragraph (2) (c) "sections 7 and 8" and substituting

"section 7".
