LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 50, 1988 - SECT 6

6. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsection (3) "subsection (10)" and substituting
        "subsection (10A)";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (10) ", (3)";

   (c)  by inserting after subsection (10) the following subsection:

"(10A) A State is not entitled to a payment under subsection (3) in respect of
the year commencing on 1 July 1988 until 15 August 1988.".
