LAND FUND AND INDIGENOUS LAND CORPORATION (ATSIC AMENDMENT) ACT 1995 No. 20 of 1995 - SECT 9

9. Section 155 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following subsection:



"(3) The performance of the functions, or the exercise of the powers, of the
Commercial Development Corporation Board is not, and is taken never to have
been, affected only because of there being, or having been, a vacancy or
vacancies in the membership of the Commercial Development Corporation Board.".
