LAND FUND AND INDIGENOUS LAND CORPORATION (ATSIC AMENDMENT) ACT 1995 No. 20 of 1995 - SECT 13

13. The following provisions of the Principal Act are amended by inserting

"Commercial Development Corporation" before "General Manager" (wherever
occurring): the heading to Division 6 of Part 4, subsections 168(2) and (3),
sections 169 to 178 (inclusive), 182, 190 and 191.
