LOAN (INCOME EQUALIZATION DEPOSITS) ACT 1976 No. 206, 1976 - SECT 6

Expenses and interest to be paid out of Consolidated Revenue Fund.

6. The expenses of borrowing under this Act, and interest payable in respect
of deposits, shall be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is
appropriated accordingly.
