LOAN (INCOME EQUALIZATION DEPOSITS) ACT 1976 No. 206, 1976 - SECT 26

Lodging of deposits, requests, directions and applications.

PART IV-MISCELLANEOUS
26. A deposit, request, direction or application under this Act may be lodged
with the authorized person or any person to whom the authorized person has
delegated any of his powers under this Act in pursuance of section 27 and
shall be deemed to be made at the time when it is so lodged.
