LOAN (INCOME EQUALIZATION DEPOSITS) ACT 1976 No. 206, 1976 - SECT 23

Request under section 16 to lapse in certain circumstances.

23. If, while a request under section 16 in relation to a deposit or part of a
deposit is pending, a request is duly made under section 18 or 19 in respect
of that deposit or that part of a deposit, the request under section 16
lapses.
