LAYING CHICKEN LEVY AMENDMENT ACT 1989 No. 126 of 1989 - SECT 5

5. The Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the following section:
Cessation of operation of certain provisions

"10. Paragraph 7 (b) and subsection 9 (3), unless sooner repealed, shall cease
to have effect at the end of 30 June 1995.".
