Schedule 3-Amendment of the Complaints (Australian Federal
Police) Act 1981 1 Subsections 7(8), 41(5), 44(1), 50(8) and 74(3), section
82, subsections 83(1) and (2) and section 85
Omit "imprisonment", substitute "Imprisonment". 2 Subsection 59(1)
Repeal the subsection, substitute:

(1) A member of the Disciplinary Tribunal, other than a member who is the
holder of:

   (a)  a judicial office; or

   (b)  an office of Magistrate of a State or Territory; in respect of which
        the member receives remuneration that is based upon his or her holding
        the office on a full-time basis, is to be paid such remuneration as
        the Remuneration Tribunal determines. If no determination of that
        remuneration by that Tribunal is in operation, the member is to be
        paid such remuneration as is prescribed. 3 Saving
Any determination of, or regulation prescribing, remuneration that,
immediately before the commencement of item 2, was in force for the purposes
of the subsection repealed by that item continues in force as if it had been
made for the purposes of the subsection substituted by that item.
