LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 13 of 1994 - SECT 40

40. Section 4 of the Evidence Act 1905*7* is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (1)(a) "Chief Executive and Principal
        Registrar of the High Court, Senior Registrar or Deputy Registrar of
        the High
Court," after "Justice of the High Court,";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraph (1)(a) ", Registrar or Deputy Registrar of
        the High Court" and substituting ", Registrar of the High Court".
