LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 13 of 1994 - SECT 36

36. Section 356 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Deposit as security for costs

"356. When filing the petition, the petitioner must deposit with the Chief
Executive and Principal Registrar, the Senior Registrar, or a Deputy
Registrar, of the High Court $100 as security for costs.".
