LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 13 of 1994 - SECT 23

Discrimination in employment or in superannuation 
23. The subsection (4) that was inserted in section 14 of the Principal Act by
section 2 of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Legislation Amendment Act
(No. 2) 1992:

   (a)  is renumbered as subsection (3A);

   (b)  is relocated so that it appears after subsection 14(3) of the
        Principal Act.
