LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 13 of 1994 - SECT 13

13. Section 53 of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted: Determination must identify the class members who are to be
affected by the determination

"53. A determination under section 52 on a representative complaint must
describe or otherwise identify those of the class members who are to be
affected by the determination.".
