LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 115 of 1990 - SECT 2

2. (1) Subject to this section, this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), the provisions of Part 2 commence on a day or
days to be fixed by Proclamation.

(3) If a provision referred to in subsection (2) does not commence under that
subsection within the period of 6 months beginning on the day on which this
Act receives the Royal Assent, it commences on the first day after the end of
that period.
