LAW AND JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1988 No. 120 of 1988 - SECT 41

41. (1) Section 80 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "common law
of England" and substituting "common law in Australia".

(2) The amendment made by subsection (1) applies for the purposes of
proceedings instituted after the commencement of this section.
