LANDS ACQUISITION (REPEAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1989 No. 21 OF 1989 - SECT 13

13. (1) In this section, "certificate" means a certificate under subsection 17
(1) of the Commonwealth Places (Application of Laws) Act 1970.

(2) A certificate admitted in evidence in proceedings before the repeal of the
1955 Act has the same effect after the repeal of that Act as it would have had
if the Act had not been repealed.
