LANDS ACQUISITION (REPEAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1989 No. 21 OF 1989 - SECT 10

10. (1) Section 121 of the 1989 Act applies to an interest in land acquired
under section 7 of the 1955 Act during the last 3 years as if the 1989 Act had
been in force when the interest was acquired and the interest had been
acquired under section 41 of the 1989 Act.
(2) The expression "the last 3 years" means the period of 3 years that ended
on the repeal of the 1955 Act.
