LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1989 No. 15 of 1989 - SECT 79

79. If:

   (a)  a person has made a claim for compensation;

   (b)  the Minister has made an offer (including a final offer) of an amount
        of compensation; and

   (c)  the person has accepted the offer; the amount of compensation payable
        to the person in respect of the acquisition to which the claim relates
        is the amount of compensation so offered by the Minister and accepted
        by the person.
