LANDS ACQUISITION ACT 1989 No. 15 of 1989 - SECT 14

Order to enforce exercise of powers
14. (1) Where:

   (a)  an authorised person is entitled to exercise powers under this Part in
        relation to land; and
(b) another person (in this section called the "obstructing person") has
hindered or obstructed, is hindering or obstructing, or proposes to hinder or
obstruct the authorised person in the exercise of any of those powers; a court
of summary jurisdiction may, on the application of the authorised person, make
an order authorising a member of the Australian Federal Police or other person
named in the order to use such assistance and force as are reasonably
necessary to enable those powers to be exercised.

(2) A copy of an application under subsection (1) shall be given to the
obstructing person and that person is entitled to appear and be heard on the
hearing of the application.
