JUDICIARY (DIPLOMATIC REPRESENTATION) AMENDMENT ACT 1979 No. 38 of 1979 - SECT 3

3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end thereof the
following sub-section:

''(2) In paragraphs (a) and (b) of sub-section (1), a reference to the
appointment of the Honourable Russell Walter Fox as Ambassador-at-large as
referred to in that sub-section shall be read as, and as having been at all
times, a reference to the term of his appointment as such Ambassador-at-large
and of any extension or extensions of the term of that appointment, whether
effected before or after the commencement of this sub-section.''.
