JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 9

9. Where, before the commencement of this Part, a question of law was referred
to the High Court under section 161 of the Principal Act, the provisions of
section 161 of the Principal Act as in force immediately before the
commencement of this Part apply in relation to that reference and to matters
arising out of that reference.
