JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 8
Use of copyright material for services of the Crown
8. Section 183 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (5) ''High Court'' and substituting
''Copyright Tribunal''; and
(b) by omitting sub-section (10).
