JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 7
Regulations as to procedure
7. Section 166 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraphs
(b) and (c) of sub-section (2) ''High Court'' and substituting ''Federal Court
of Australia''.
