JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 64

64. Section 31 of the Principal Act is amended-

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) ''and'' (last
        occurring); and

   (b)  by inserting after paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) the following
        paragraph:

''(aa) for and in relation to the practice and procedure of a Supreme Court in
respect of appeals under Part III; and''.
