JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 6

Reference of questions of law to Federal Court of Australia

6. Section 161 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-sections
(1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6) and (7) ''High Court'' (wherever occurring) and
substituting ''Federal Court of Australia''.
