JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 41

41. Section 47 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting ''and for
prescribing penalties not less than Two dollars or more than Forty dollars for
any breach of the regulations'' and substituting:

''and, in particular-

   (a)  for and in relation to the practice and procedure of a Supreme Court
        in respect of proceedings to which section 38A applies; and

   (b)  for prescribing penalties not less than $2 or more than $40 for any
        breach of the regulations.''.
