JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 2

2. (1) Parts I, XVIII and XIX shall come into operation on the day on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent.*1*

(2) Parts II to XVI (inclusive) shall come into operation on such date as is,
or such respective dates as are, fixed by Proclamation.

(3) Part XVII, so far as it amends an Act, shall come into operation on such
date as is fixed by Proclamation as the date of commencement of the amendments
