JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 119
How prosecution instituted
119. (1) Section 71 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from
sub-section (1) ''the High Court or in''.
(2) The amendment made by this section does not affect the hearing and
determination of a proceeding instituted in the High Court before the date of
commencement of this Part.
