JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 113

113. Section 18 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting '', prescribing
penalties, by way of fines not exceeding $250, for offences against the
regulations.'' and substituting:

''(a) for and in relation to the practice and procedure of a Supreme Court in
proceedings to which section 14P applies; and

   (b)  prescribing penalties, by way of fines not exceeding $250, for
        offences against the regulations.''.
