JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979 No. 19 of 1979 - SECT 109

Interpretation 
109. Section 14A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting, after the
definition of ''Second Commissioner'', the following definition:

'' 'Supreme Court' means-

   (a)  the Supreme Court of a State; or

   (b)  the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory or the Supreme
        Court of the Northern Territory of Australia, being a Court having
        jurisdiction in the proceedings concerned;''.
