JURISDICTION OF COURTS (MISCELLANEOUS AMENDMENTS) ACT 1979

No. 19 of 1979 An Act to amend the provisions of certain Acts relating to the
jurisdiction of courts and of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the Jurisdiction of Courts (Miscellaneous
Amendments) Act 1979.*1*
