JUDICIAL AND STATUTORY OFFICERS (REMUNERATION AND ALLOWANCES) ACT 1984 No. 104 of 1984 - SECT 9
Repeal and saving
9. (1) Sections 13, 13A, 13B, 13C and 17 of, and the Schedule to, the
Remuneration and Allowances Act 1973 are repealed.
(2) Any regulations under section 17 of the Remuneration and Allowances Act
1973 that were in force immediately before the commencement of this Act
continue in force as if made under section 8 of this Act.
