JUDICIAL APPOINTMENT (WESTERN SAMOA) ACT 1980 No. 166 of 1980 - SECT 6

6. For the purposes of the Judges' Pensions Act 1968, the Honourable Robert
James Baldwin St John shall be taken not to have retired so long as he holds
office as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Western Samoa.
