JUDICIARY AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1979 No. 138 of 1979 - SECT 7

7. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (a)
of sub-section (2) ''or of a Supreme Court of a State or a Judge thereof,''
and substituting ''a decision of a Supreme Court of a State or Territory or a
Judge of such a Court, a decision of the Federal Court of Australia or a Judge
of that Court or a decision of the Family Court of Australia or a Judge of
that Court''.
