JUDICIARY AMENDMENT ACT (NO. 2) 1979 No. 138 of 1979 - SECT 14
State or Territory laws to govern where applicable
14. Section 79 of the Principal Act is amended by adding ''or Territory''
after ''State'' (wherever occurring).
