INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PRISONERS ACT 1997 No. 75 of 1997 - SECT 19

19 Information to accompany a formal request 
A formal request for transfer from Australia to a transfer country is to be
accompanied by:

   (a)  any information required to be provided in accordance with
        arrangements made with the transfer country; and

   (b)  any other available information the Attorney-General considers
        relevant to the request and that may appropriately be provided.
