INDUSTRY, TECHNOLOGY AND COMMERCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 168 of 1992 - SECT 29

29. After section 107 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Forfeiture orders under the Proceeds of Crime Act 1987

"107A. If a person other than the Director of Public Prosecutions has
instituted proceedings for trial of another person in respect of an indictable
offence against this Part, Division 2 of Part 2 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 
1987 applies as if a reference in that Division to the Director of Public
Prosecutions includes a reference to the first-mentioned person.".
