INDUSTRY, TECHNOLOGY AND COMMERCE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 168 of 1992 - SECT 2
Commencement
2.(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act commences on the day on which it
receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Part 5 is taken to have commenced on 30 July 1975.
